You may have most of your questions answered but almost all of you have at least a few questions about the build itself or the entire process from start to finish when choosing to work with a company.

Warranty
All our Papago Vans come with a 1-year warranty on our craftsmanship, and we offer various warranties on different parts and equipment. During that year-long warranty, bring your van into our service department for any problems that arise. Once we have helped source your van, we can build your dream conversion in as little as 6-8 weeks.
Service Department
If you are here because you are building your own van, you are also in luck. We opened our Papago Vans Servicing center to help address the needs of some of our DIY clients. Making it easy to add on items such as electrical, solar, plumbing or some alternative build-out options.

Deposit
For our custom builds it’s just a $2,500 deposit to start. Although we leave it up to you to source your own van, we will connect you with our contacts and even help supply additional resources for financing. Whatever your need may be, Tim will help you find the best vehicle for your needs and build out the pricing for your whole project.
Design
After you have placed your deposit and have a van selected you will meet with Jesse, our lead Designer. All our vans are custom and no two vans are the same. You will work with him to iron out all of the details and trust me, Jesse will not miss a single detail when going through the design so get comfortable. Do not worry, this meeting will be accompanied by a fresh cup of coffee. Before we take your van back, you will have a certified drawing for your very own rig.
Delivery Day
We will collect the first half of your payment once we are ready to start your build and the second half on what’s known as Delivery Day. Our favorite day! Where you come into the shop and we pass over the keys to your very own Papago Van. Don’t worry, we’ll go over all your questions and show you how to navigate around all the new tech inside before you hit the road.
